1) General terms and agreement.

Mancard.com welcomes you to the largest fraternity in history – and you don’t need to go Greek. This website is owned and managed by Mancard.com, Inc. Some parts of this site may contain adult material suited for people 18 years of age and older. If you view this material, you do so by agreeing that you are at least 18 years old and that the content is acceptable and not offensive to you. If you do not wish to be offended, please make every effort to block access to our site and any communication from us or our members (men).

You are expressly prohibited from using this site or any content from this site for any purpose that is unlawful or not in compliance with this agreement. Should any of these additional terms and restrictions conflict with these terms and restrictions outlined here in this agreement, you agree that Mancard.com shall be the sole and final arbiter of the reconciliation of all terms and restrictions. Basically, what we say, goes. You agree that we can resolve any dispute like men and do not need to include a third party mediator. Additional restrictions will apply to any products and services that are offered by third parties through Mancard.com, Inc.

2) Services

The services offered by Mancard.com are many and varied. We will strive to continuously add more products and services to enhance the Mancard.com user experience. Some services are provided free of charge, and others require payment. Mancard.com reserves the right to change or to discontinue temporarily or permanently the Services at any time without notice. You agree that MANCARD.COM will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuance of the Services

Computers are not 100% reliable. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure the integrity of the site and its availability. We cannot anticipate the loss of data (personalization settings and other information), interruption of service by our provider or yours, or any other interruption or other loss of data. For this reason, you agree that all services, including the services of our third-party service providers, are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". Neither MANCARD.COM nor our third-party service providers assume responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any data, communications or personalization settings.

You are solely responsible for all User Content (as defined in the next sentence) that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available on or through the Services (collectively, "Post"). "User Content" means User-Posted content or information of any type or medium, including but not limited to: letters, emails or other messages; other forms of communication through any of our services, personal User information, reader reviews, blogs, ratings, data, notes and testimonials, poll votes, images, audio files, video files, and software. In order to enhance your user experience and help us supply you with more pertinent content, we will ask that you open an account with us. When you do so, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete, and accurate information as requested by the applicable online registration form. It is your responsibility to maintain the currency, completeness, and accuracy of your registration data and any loss caused by your failure to do so is your responsibility. An important part of the registration process is for you to choose a password and a user name. 4) Charges and Fees

Mancard.com, Inc. reserves the right to charge a fee for access to or use of this website, any related websites, and any service provided by Mancard.com, Inc. at any time in the future with appropriate notice. Your access to or use of this Mancard.com, Inc. website before such time does not entitle you to use of this or any other Mancard.com, Inc. services without charge in the future.
